A-TRIPIK

Maximum audience capacity: 300, under a big top or in a public space
3 artists and 2 technicians
Suitable for ages 5 and up
« A ring! We need a ring! But not a round one, no! Let’s stop going in circles!
A ring with peaks, edges, angles — a ring that stings, that hurts a little in the hearts of those who come to watch.
Everything must change, surely we agree on that!
But who has the power to change it all? You? Me? Him? »
The ring is triangular — a ring for three men, three brothers, three strangers...
Three souls leaning on one another to see the world from a little higher up,
walking together toward a battle already lost — an old dream of uprising.
« Power is only an illusion, and perhaps the best way to protect ourselves from it
is to destroy those who seek it? »
Through various circus techniques (acrobatics, clowning, Chinese pole, polyphonic singing...),
the three performers of A-Tripik question our complex relationships with power — whatever its form.
Divided among three distinct seating sections, the audience also has their say.
